Advertising and analytics technologies
We use website analytics to understand how visitors use brightlyproperty.com (for example pages viewed and rough traffic patterns). When we run paid ads, we may also use advertising pixels or similar tags from partners such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. Those tools can collect device and browser data, pages visited on our Site, and events such as form starts or form submits, so we can measure campaigns and improve our marketing.
You can limit some of this through your browser cookie settings and through the ad settings offered by those platforms. We do not sell personal information.
When advertising pixels are active on our Site, those partners may use data from your visit for advertising measurement and, where their tools allow, for ads on other sites or apps. We describe that use here instead of saying we never use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you have questions about this section, email hello@brightlyproperty.com or call (480) 771-7150.
