Interior Home Health Check
- Look for leaks, moisture, corrosion, mildew, pests, and water intrusion
- Check for running toilets, dripping faucets, unusual smells, and unusual sounds
- Visually check accessible under-sink plumbing and the water-heater area
- Look for visible electrical concerns, loose fixtures, and safety hazards
More Than a Quick Walkthrough
Every Brightly Home Watch visit includes a visual Home Health Check of safely accessible interior and exterior areas, along with plumbing circulation, appliance checks, security observations, occupancy simulation, and documentation.
Routine maintenance items, such as filters, batteries and water-softener salt, are completed when due. The broader Home Health Check covers visible plumbing, electrical, safety, pest, exterior, HVAC, water-heater, door, gate, and property-condition items.
